Ponderosa Ranch, at an elevation of 7,900 feet, is Duck Creek's smallest subdivision. It's surrounded by the Dixie National Forest and located 6 miles east of Duck Creek Village. The subdivision is just off Hwy 14 keeping the mud minimal during the year and giving easy access to the highway. There is an access trail connecting you to the ATV system from Hwy 89 to Duck Creek Village. This makes easy access to all ATV trails and creates a buffer from the noise of the machines.
