We did not have the opportunity to work with Evelyn but Alonzo WAS AMAZING. He helped us purchase a condo up in the mountains. We had no home buying experience and he walked us through the ENTIRE process STEP BY STEP. He gave us his professional opinion on what we should/shouldn't negotiate and was ALWAYS OBJECTIVE. He made sure we got what we wanted, at a reasonable price. He was always available and enthusiastic about answering our questions and we never had issues reaching him. He even helped out by contacting the banks and other third parties so we could close earlier. When we first met, he showed us a few places that matched ALL of our requests and we found the apartment we wanted, then and there!
